A huge thank you to our expert speaker, Basak Baranoglu Demirci, and all the attendees who joined us for an insightful discussion on one of the most critical components of EU MDR compliance—the Technical Documentation.

During the session, we explored the structural expectations of MDR-compliant Technical Files and how manufacturers can effectively apply harmonized standards to meet documentation requirements. The presentation also addressed common gaps frequently identified during audits, along with practical strategies to ensure documentation remains robust, accurate, and up-to-date throughout the product lifecycle.

This session reinforced how comprehensive, well-structured technical documentation is not just a regulatory requirement—it’s a 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Our sincere appreciation to our speaker for the clarity and depth shared, and to every participant who contributed questions and insights!

We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Czechia-Singapore AI Business Exchange a few days ago. The event brought together a dynamic mix of innovators, industry leaders, and partners, creating an inspiring platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing in AI.

A special highlight was the keynote address by Dr Eleni D. from AWS, who shared invaluable insights into the role of generative AI in revolutionizing HealthTech. The presentations by Czech AI companies, including Alviro, Ahatta, Kardi Ai, and Revelia, showcased cutting-edge solutions and opened doors for potential partnerships. Additionally, May Ng ARQon l Asia Regulatory and Quality Consultancy, CEO of SofLanding & ARQon, provided practical guidance on business opportunities in the APAC region. The networking session further energized the room, fostering meaningful connections among attendees.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our partners: the Czech Embassy in Singapore, CzechTrade Singapore, AWS for hosting us, and all supporting organizations like ARQon Group, Growflair, and FactorySEA. The enthusiasm and engagement from everyone involved have set the stage for future collaborations.

We look forward to continuing this momentum and exploring new opportunities together. Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you again for participating in this incredible event!

We participated in the Singapore Health Product Access and Regulatory E-System (SHARE) industry briefing hosted by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). This marks a significant milestone in Singapore’s move to digitalize and streamline regulatory submissions for health products.

🔍 Why this matters:
The 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, offering a more unified and user-friendly experience for regulatory submissions related to medical devices, therapeutic products, and other health products. For companies involved in regulatory affairs, R&D, quality assurance, and MedTech innovation, staying compliant during this transition is critical.

📅 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿:
✅ 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – Submit all urgent new applications via MEDICS
✅ 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟰 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – Respond to Input Requests (IRs) on MEDICS by 5:00 PM
🛑 𝟰–𝟭𝟯 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – Cut-over Period: No access to MEDICS; the system will be taken offline
🚀 𝟭𝟰 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – SHARE officially goes live. All new submissions must be made through SHARE

📌 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
✔️ Assign appropriate user access on CorpPass before 14 July
✔️ Conduct internal training on the SHARE system
✔️ Communicate clearly with regulatory teams about cut-off dates and transition plans
✔️ Understand that any changes made in MEDICS after 4 July will not be migrated

This transition is more than a technical upgrade — it’s a push towards more efficient, transparent, and structured health product regulation.

Let’s make sure we’re ready. ✅

We were honored to attend an inspiring session focused on advancing women’s knowledge, entrepreneurship, and cultural leadership—celebrating the beautiful and flexible power women bring to business, society, and beyond.

This movement has grown from the vision of one to the strength of many—an alliance-based approach where leadership is shared, nurtured, and multiplied across borders.

The event was held in proud partnership with the Eco-Women Alliance for Sustainable Development and Leadership in Asia, aligning with our mission to promote inclusive, sustainable growth led by empowered women.

One powerful takeaway:
🌱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲—𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
True progress requires collaboration across genders, generations, and industries.

ARQon Group is proud to attend an important industry event hosted by Geneo, in collaboration with Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed), Biotech Connection Singapore at Singapore Science Park.

As the second Trump administration introduces significant policy shifts, the biotech and medtech landscape in Asia is entering a period of geopolitical and regulatory uncertainty. This dialogue comes at a critical time to address key questions:
