Singapore: HSA's SHARE System Launch (July 2025) and Introductory Briefing Session (9 May 2025)

The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is set to roll out a significant update to its regulatory infrastructure with the Singapore Health Product Access and Regulatory E-System (SHARE) launch for Medical Devices in July 2025. This new platform will replace the existing MEDICS system, aiming to streamline and enhance the regulatory submission process for the medical device industry.

To ensure a smooth transition, HSA will host an introductory sharing session on 21 May 2025, Wednesday, 2 pm. This session will serve as an orientation to the key features and functions of the new SHARE system, covering critical areas such as Product Registration, Dealer’s Licensing, and Certification Processes.

The session is open to all industry stakeholders, offering a valuable opportunity to get acquainted with the upcoming system and to ask questions directly to the regulatory team.

All attendees are required to register online via FormSG by 9 May 2025. Any registration submitted via other channels will not be accepted. In-person slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds venue capacity, selected registrants may be invited to attend virtually. All confirmed participants will receive a confirmation email with session details.
