Vietnam's Decree on Management of Medical Devices (No. 36/2016/ND-CP) is coming soon - probably sooner than expected for the unprepared. The decree, issused on May 15, 2016, took effect on July 1,but a series of arrangements means that manufacturers won't be subject fully to the changes brought about by this first-time regulation of devices in Vietnam until 2017...
