The Singapore Standard (SS) 687: 2022 was introduced to provide guidelines to manufacturers and operators. This ensures food safety throughout different stages of the supply chain and consumers will have more information when purchasing food products online.

As we progress towards the rapid changes on how we access and produce food, we will adapt to work alongside with the guidelines to ensure a safe supply of food for Singapore and Foodtech industry.

We hope to replicate our successful launch of ATTOPOLIS for the MedTech industry to the FoodTech and other industries in the future.

Attopolis@ARQon had the pleasure to meet up with Mr. mark matsumoto, CBEC Asia, in our ARQon office to understand how our services can connect them with other B2C-commerce platforms for consumer goods and health supplements.

The session was productive and allowed us to gain great insights into the direction of US companies and how they will leverage our ATTOPOLIS B2B platform and existing clientele to expand their businesses into the Asia market.

ATTOPOLIS provides services such as AttoNews, AttoForum, AttoTrade and AttoService. Clients can interact through forums and share news, they are also able to place products on the marketplace for transaction over a product or a service.

Besides supporting her company to get approval for product registration in Singapore and Malaysia, we also on-boarded her on our ATTOPOLIS platform which could be beneficial for her company to list their products on the marketplace which provides access to distributors globally.

She also showed how students can tap on the resources available on our newly launched B2B Medical Digital Platform, ATTOPOLIS, to help them find future career opportunities. Additionally, guest speakers, Dr Mathias Egermark, Mr Darshana Senaratna, Mr Derrick Yong and Mr Moon Seok Chung also shared their experiences and knowledge in their respective fields.

Interested students from various polytechnics and universities were able to gain valuable insights into the area of MedTech and information they needed before stepping into the workforce.

ARQon group had a fruitful year for 2022, we expanded the team to successfully launch Attopolis B2B International Medical Digital Platform.
To celebrate the success, we organized our Christmas celebration to mark the end of the year. We also had a company trip to Desaru, Malaysia for our team bonding activities. It was a fun and enjoyable trip for everyone.

The speakers: Naomi Kwang, Nydia Ngiow, and Julie Dao discussed with the companies their challenges of tax and regulatory requirements and if to rely on the distributor in the market. It is highly dependent on the product, and it is important to get to know local veterans in the field of business strategies for the US market.
